Democracy is an egalitarian form of government in which all the citizens of a nation together determine public policy, the laws and the actions of their state, requiring that all citizens (meeting certain qualifications) have an equal opportunity to express their opinion. In practice, "democracy" is the extent to which a given system approximates this ideal, and a given political system is referred to as "a democracy" if it allows a certain approximation to ideal democracy
As Nigerians who do we blame today for our predicament? is it the current administration, is it our past leaders or Our flamboyant Legislators and political parties? I wouldn't blame any of these if i were you . The blame should go to the entirety of Nigerians who have kept quiet over the years letting the government abuse democracy echoing the sentiments of (PLATO)-
"Democracy is a charming form of government, full of variety and disorder, and dispensing a sort of equality to equals and unequal alike."
We have developed a lukewarm culture towards violence, corruption and incompetence in every field today which includes our Justice system, political system and even in our sports and social life e.t.c Do we have a direction in Nigeria? if yes, where are we heading to? Public offices are sacred position's which should be kept that way, as it affects the entirety of Nigerians who are compelled to act in accordance with the rule of law.
We've seen a revolution in Libya, we've watched governments forced out of office by its citizenry because it failed to realize how deeply affected their actions burden us. We don't want that in Nigeria but how much more can we tolerate? the system is failing whatever it is we keep enduring. We don't want planes falling out of the sky, we don't want churches burnt or blown up, we obviously don't want our treasury to be looted or independent marketers defrauding Nigeria.
Hence, the need for this platform, hence the need for us to speak out and express our dissatisfaction, hence the need for us to show concern and be more actively involved..

FEEDBACK NEWS NIGERIA is different from other news media, just as the name implies it is meant to relay our thoughts whatever it is back to the Government. We have developed a model for comments, to enable the government see the nature of reactions from Nigerians. It is the regional comment method (RCM) which request for your region before posting any comment, your name is less important to the Region. This will enable the reader see what the Northerners are saying, what the easterners and southerners as well as westerners are suggesting. e.g North Central, South west, North east or South South e.t.c When people from all the regions in Nigeria are complaining about the same issue or situation its called Equilibrium Chain Reaction (ECR) that particular complaint will be giving top priority and shall receive 100% attention.
